As a magnet school, we rely heavily on online communication. Our committee volunteers are recruited with Sign-Up Genius.
Our Volunteer Coordinators this year are:

They are a critical piece to help each committee find their team. You don't have to go at it alone. you volunteer coordinators are here to help. Each committee will provide volunteer needs to Melissa and Cecilie. Try to provide this info one week before the volunteer call is needed in Meigs Memos. Please email the number of volunteers you need with a time slot and date and function. Melissa and Cecilie will build the sign up, have you approve it and then provide that to the PTO president and Ms. Forrest to include in the Meigs Memos. Please be mindful of the time they need to create these sign-ups.

Our teachers need help at the classroom level for various needs and the PTO needs help coordinating certain events and fundraisers at the classroom level.
