Is the ride free?
Yes! Students can ride free with their MNPS Student ID. We'll also help answer questions about completing the required paperwork.
My child has never ridden the bus before. Is this event for us?
Absolutely. The goal is to help families see how it works, ask questions, and meet other students before the school year begins.
Will other Meigs students be on my route?
Most likely! You'll have a chance to meet other families and connect with experienced student riders.
Where should I park?
Please do not park in the bus lane. If you need to leave a vehicle, park in the school lot on the ball field side or on the street. Try the Ride riders will gather on the Ramsey side of the school. Families should plan their own transportation back to Meigs after the ride.
What if I am looking for carpool or transportation conversations with other Meigs families?
Join the Meigs Carpools Facebook Group to connect with families in your area.
