VICE PRESIDENT
The Meigs PTO Vice President is a member of the executive board and works closely with the President and other board members to support the goals and objectives of the PTO. They are responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of events and activities, committees, and the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Treasurer
The Meigs PTO Treasurer is responsible for managing the finances of the organization. They ensure that the organization's funds are used in accordance with its bylaws, and that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. Specifically, the PTO treasurer is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing budgets, paying bills and reimbursing expenses, and preparing financial reports for the organization's members.
Invest Fundraising Chair
The Meigs PTO Invest Fundraising Chair, is a vital role tasked to promote and facilitate the Invest campaign . The Invest campaign plays a crucial role in bridging the funding gap for our school . This role serves as the primary contact for all Invest inquiries, ensuring effective communication and support for Invest initiatives throughout the school community.
