Meigs 8th Grade Black & White Dance Needs your Donations and Help at the Party.
By making a donation of goods or services, we will be happy to give you free advertising and a receipt for the tax-deductible donation. We are currently in need of the following:

We are asking that all donations be promised by May1st be made by May 8.
Purchase your tickets from Ms. England. $20.
Dinner will be served.
The 8th grade Black and White dance will be Saturday, May 16th. The theme chosen by Student Council is “A Sky Full of Stars”
This is a very special event that students look forward to from the time they enter Meigs.
Dinner will be served from 6-7pm and the dance begins at 7pm and will end at 9pm, tickets are $20.
Students from another school may NOT attend – this event is for Meigs current 8th graders only.
Tickets will be sold during 8th grade lunch and in Mrs. England’s physical science classes.

- Flowers/Floral decorations
- Bathroom Toiletries and Products
- Star Cloth
- Balloons
- Financial Contribution
- Staging furniture for “conversation areas”
- Lighting and decorations for the Multipurpose Room (ideas include a “canopy of lights” for the ceiling or a star cloth)
- Lighting and decorations for the hallway connecting the Cafeteria and the Multipurpose Room
- Keepsake / Party favors like mugs or CD flash drive
