Treasurer
The Meigs PTO treasurer is responsible for managing the finances of the organization. They ensure that the organization's funds are used in accordance with its bylaws, and that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Specifically, the PTO treasurer is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing budgets, paying bills and reimbursing expenses, and preparing financial reports for the organization's members. The treasurer should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have financial management or accounting skills.
